Veneto Trattoria maintains the authentic Venetian dining experience with a number of Italian staff members. Chef Massino Brunelli, who has been at the restaurant since it opened, is from Venice. The sous chef is also Italian, as is restaurant manager Remo Gerra, who like Massino has been working at Veneto since it opened in October, 1997.
Many members of the wait staff are also Italian so they are very familiar with the Italian cuisine and can easily describe dishes on the menu to diners. The staff is an extended family that enjoys sharing their knowledge of the food and wine.
