2019 New Year's Eve Menu


INVOLTINI DI MELANZANE – eggplant grilled rolled with goat cheese and sautéed in a marinara sauce

INSALATA DI MARE – seafood salad marinated with scallops, shrimp, calamari, octopus and mussels, tossed with lemon dressing

CARPACCIO AL TARTUFO – Piemontese beef carpaccio thinly sliced, topped with white truffle oil and parmesan

INSALATA DI BIETOLE – red and yellow beet salad with arugula, pecans and feta cheese

POLENTINA CON GAMBERI E CAPESANTE – shrimp and scallops sautéed in a shrimp sauce served over soft white polenta

ZUPPA DI LENTICCHIE  – traditional Roman New Year’s lentil soup

AGNOLOTTI DI ZUCCA - homemade pasta filled with baked pumpkin and parmesan, sautéed with butter sage sauce
