New Year’s Eve 2017


INVOLTINI DI MELANZANE – eggplant grilled and rolled with goat cheese and sautéed in a marinara sauce

INSALATA DI MARE – seafood salad marinated with scallops, shrimp, calamari, octopus and mussels, tossed with lemon dressing

CARPACCIO AL TARTUFO – Piemontese beef carpaccio thinly sliced, topped with white truffle oil and parmesan

INSALATA DI BIETOLE – red and yellow beets salad with arugula, pecans and feta cheese

POLENTINA CON GAMBERI E CAPESANTE – shrimp and scallops sautéed in a shrimp sauce served over soft white polenta

RISOTTO DI ZUCCA – Italian style rice simmered with roasted pumpkin and mascarpone cheese

GNOCCHI ALLA ROMANA – homemade semolina and  prosciutto gnocchi baked with marinara sauce and parmesan
