White soft polenta with melted Montasio cheese, topped with speck prosciutto

Zuppa di Legumi

Homemade soup with garbanzo, peas, fava beans and black lentils

Bigoli alla Veneta

Homemade whole wheat spaghetti with sausages and radicchio with pecorino cheese

Risotto al Nero

Italian risotto slowly simmered with squid ink and calamari

Osei Scampai

Pork tenderloin skewered with pancetta and sage
sautéed in white wine sauce and served with roasted potatoes
