Pesach (Passover) Dinner

Pesach
is the holiday celebrating the Exodus of the Jewish people from
Egypt.
While our Passover dishes are not kosher, they are prepared in a
style honoring
the Jews of ancient Italy by recognizing the important Passover
commandment:
“Seven
days you shall eat unleavened bread...” Exodus 13:6-7

Chicken breast stuffed with garlic sautéed spinach and dry plums
