Signature Dishes

The signature dishes of Veneto Trattoria are classic Venetican cuisine, so authentic you could be dining on a sidewalk in Venice.

In our Antipasti menu, we recommend Baccala Mantecato, pictured at the left. This is a Venetian classic of salt dried cod that is served with grilled polenta.

From our Pesci e Carni or Entree Menu, Fegato alla Veneziana calves liver with golden onions and grilled polenta is a traditional Venetian dish. This is a is a favorite dish of many customers and highly recommended.
